An idea became a personal city hotel.

When a gap opened up on Sebastiansgraben, a long-held dream came true for us: a small, special hotel in the heart of Ellwangen – urban in character and personal in its hospitality.

Our name links our location with the idea behind it: “Seb” stands for the historic Sebastiansgraben, where our hotel is located, and “city” for the city and being right in the middle of it. The nearby town wall and the modern architecture of our hotel bring Ellwangen’s history and present together.

Our many years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry have shaped the design and management of the hotel. Cosy furnishings, a pleasant indoor climate and a personal atmosphere have been especially important to us from the very beginning. We want you to feel welcome from the moment you arrive, settle in with ease and leave feeling well rested.
